1. Purpose

These terms govern sales of products made on rbd.ninhio.com. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in CFA Francs (XAF), all taxes included. Payment is made via MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money, either when ordering or on delivery, at the customer's choice.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and vary by product. In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be informed and may cancel their order.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for made-to-measure or personalised products.

5. Warranty

All our furniture carries a two-year legal warranty of conformity. Manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

6. Liability

Ramel Bois Décor cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent courts of Douala shall have sole jurisdiction.
